At Voltique Store, we aim to provide high-quality products. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests only if:

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused and in original packaging.

  • All original accessories, manuals, and invoice are included.

  • A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is provided (mandatory).

⚠️ The unboxing video must:

  • Start before opening the package.

  • Clearly show the shipping label.

  • Show the entire product and contents inside.

Without a proper unboxing video, claims for damage, missing items, or wrong product will not be accepted.

❗ 2. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Email us at support@voltiquestore.in within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share:

    • Order Number

    • Clear unboxing video (mandatory)

    • Clear product photos

Our team will verify the issue before approving a return or replacement.

🚚 3. Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer in all cases.

  • We do not provide reverse pickup services unless explicitly approved.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

💳 4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refund approval will be notified via email.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Refund method:

  • Prepaid Orders → Refunded to original payment method

  • COD Orders → Refunded via bank transfer

Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

❌ 5. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product is used or damaged by customer.

  • Packaging is missing or damaged.

  • No unboxing video is provided.

  • Return request is raised after 7 days.

  • The product was purchased during clearance/special sale.

🚫 6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

📌 7. Policy Rights

Voltique Store reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the above conditions.
